Every experience is private, host-led, and takes place in Manhattan or Brooklyn.
How many people can you accommodate for a corporate outing?
From small leadership teams up to 300+ guests, depending on the experience. Some social-impact programs have their own minimums and maximums. Tell us your headcount and we will recommend the experiences that fit.
Can you accommodate groups of 50, 100 or 300+ people?
Yes — our experiences scale from intimate teams to 300+ person events. A 50-person corporate offsite is a typical booking for us. Larger events are quoted individually, so share your headcount, date and any must-haves and we will build a plan around them.
How long do corporate experiences typically last?
Most run 2 to 4 hours. Some social-impact programs run longer — our Governors Island experience, for example, runs 3 to 6 hours including ferry time.
How much do corporate team-building experiences in NYC cost?
Pricing starts at $100 per person, plus 18% gratuity. Final cost depends on the experience, your group size, and inclusions such as lunch, drinks or a volunteer component. Send us your date and headcount and we will put together a quote.
How far in advance should we book?
Two or more weeks is preferred and gives us the most flexibility on dates, vendors and customization. We can often work with about a week’s notice. Prime spring, summer and fall dates fill quickly, especially Thursdays and Fridays.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, on many of our culinary experiences with advance notice. We customize stops around allergies and preferences, and there is variety built into every route so nobody is left with nothing to eat. Let us know at the time of inquiry.
What accessibility accommodations are available?
This varies by experience, since our outings are walking-based and visit independent venues across the city. Tell us what your group needs and our team will recommend the experiences that fit and handle the arrangements.
Do you offer indoor or weather-friendly team activities?
Yes. Options vary by experience, and several include significant indoor components — hands-on workshops, market-based food experiences and studio visits among them. If weather is a concern for your date, we will steer you toward the experiences that hold up.
Can you customize an experience around our company, clients or CSR goals?
Yes — customization is the default. We tailor timing, format, neighborhood, food and activities to your group, and can build in give-back or CSR elements through our social-impact partners.
What languages are available?
We have hosts that speak English, Spanish, Italian and French. Please request your preferred language (if it’s not English) at the time of inquiry.
Will I need to coordinate with multiple people on your team?
Nope. You’ll have one dedicated point of contact who handles all logistics and answers every question. You tell us what you need and we’ll take it from there.
Can this work even if we have last-minute changes?
Yes. We’ve worked with hundreds of corporate groups and know how to build in flexibility. Let us know what’s shifting and we’ll adjust as much as possible.
How much planning do I really have to do?
Very little. Once you confirm your date and headcount, we’ll handle the rest including the food, pacing, and timing. You get the credit without the stress.
