I don't think you should have to use google reviews in order to get very basic customer service, but here we are. So just a warning, there is no option for you to cancel your tour online. (You can modify on your own) At the end of the day, for me personally, with prices of activities being so high these days, the slightness offense, can make a company a total deal breaker for me. If I can book something on my own, I should be able to cancel on my own... especially when the business does not reply to emails in a timely manner. OG REVIEW: My family plans have changed for a late March tour that I had booked... and even though I have emailed to cancel, there has been no response and be warned, there is no option to cancel yourself with in your booking conformation emails. Take the "no hassle" cancellation claim as false, it will be a hassle to try and reach a human. Easy to book and take people's money, hard to connect with a human. If you’re looking for a truly unforgettable experience in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, look no further than this incredible food and history tour leader, Lara! From the moment the tour began, it was clear that she was a passionate and knowledgeable guide, seamlessly blending rich historical insights with mouthwatering food stops. Lara’s deep understanding of Williamsburg’s history brought the neighborhood to life, from its industrial past to its modern-day cultural renaissance. Every stop on the tour felt purposeful, each place telling its own unique story while offering delicious bites from local gems. What set this tour apart was her personal touch. Lara was engaging, approachable, and always eager to answer questions, making the experience feel less like a typical tour and more like exploring Williamsburg with a knowledgeable friend. She also went out of her way to include insider tips on where to eat, drink, and explore after the tour, which added so much value. For anyone who loves food and history, this tour is an absolute must. Highly recommend and ask for Lara! Wilson Lievano2025-03-15Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
