NYC Corporate Holiday Party FAQs
What are the best NYC holiday party ideas for corporate teams?
We offer four. Ultimate Midtown Holiday Lights & Views is a 3-hour walk past the Rockefeller Center tree, the Saks Fifth Avenue window displays and Bryant Park Winter Village. Flatiron/NoMad Holiday Architecture & Treats is a 2-hour mix of Flatiron history and Union Square Holiday Market browsing. Chelsea Market & Skyline Holiday Views is a 2-hour food-hall experience that ends with rooftop skyline views. The Progressive Holiday Party Dinner is a multi-stop dinner through Chelsea Market and Market 57 with reserved seating.
How many people can you accommodate for an NYC corporate holiday party?
From 10 to 100+ guests. For larger teams we use multiple guides and staggered departures so everyone keeps moving comfortably. Tell us your headcount and we will recommend the experiences that fit.
How much does a corporate holiday party in NYC cost?
Holiday experiences start at $2,500 for a group of 20. Final pricing depends on which experience you choose, your group size and any add-ons, such as skip-the-line observation deck tickets. Send us your date and headcount and we will put together a quote.
How long do your NYC holiday party experiences last?
Most run 2 to 3 hours. The Midtown lights experience is 3 hours, and the Flatiron/NoMad and Chelsea Market experiences are 2 hours each. Progressive dinner timing varies by route and add-ons.
Do you have indoor or weather-friendly holiday party options?
The indoor and outdoor mix varies by experience. Chelsea Market & Skyline Holiday Views and the Progressive Holiday Party Dinner spend substantial time inside the Chelsea Market and Market 57 food halls, so they hold up better in cold or wet weather. The Midtown and Flatiron/NoMad experiences are primarily outdoor walking with market stops.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, on many of our culinary experiences with advance notice. We customize stops around allergies and preferences, and there is variety built into every route so nobody is left with nothing to eat. Let us know at the time of inquiry.
Can we customize our company holiday party?
Yes. We can adjust the route, the food and beverage selections, the start time and the pacing, and add upgrades such as skip-the-line entry to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt or a finish at Edge or Ana in Hudson Yards. Tell us what your group wants and we will build around it.
When should we book a NYC holiday party?
November and December dates can fill quickly, especially popular Thursday and Friday time slots. Reach out as soon as you have a preferred date and an approximate headcount and we will tell you what is available.
Are these private corporate holiday parties?
Yes. These are private, host-led experiences booked for your group rather than a public tour you join. Your host guides the group throughout and our team handles the logistics behind the scenes.
Do you offer Christmas parties as well as non-denominational holiday or end-of-year celebrations?
Both. The same experiences work as a Christmas party, a general holiday celebration or an end-of-year company outing. Some routes pass Christmas landmarks such as the Rockefeller Center tree, and we can lean toward market, food and skyline elements instead if you would prefer a non-denominational celebration.
What languages are available?
We have tour guides that speak English, Spanish, Italian and French. Please request your preferred language (if it is not English) at the time of inquiry.
Still have questions?
I started this company because I believe tourism can do more.
