SERIOUS UPGRADES (additional Cost)

Want to turn this private tour into a full-on main character day

Dickson’s Farmstand: Sausage-Making Workshop + Charcuterie & Wine

Go behind the scenes at one of Chelsea Market’s most iconic counters for an intimate, hands-on sausage-making workshop (max 15 guests). You’ll learn the craft, then celebrate your new skills with a curated spread of artisanal charcuterie and wine pairings.

Best for: food-obsessed groups, team outings, “we want something unique” energy.

Corkbuzz: Guided Blind Wine Tasting

Sip, swirl, and put your taste buds to work with a guided blind tasting led by wine pros. You’ll learn how to spot flavor notes, compare styles, and discover new favorites — no snobbery, all fun.

Best for: wine lovers, date groups, bachelorettes, “teach us something cool” crews.

Brewery Vibes: Harlem Hops or Bronx Brewery

Keep the vibes going with a casual post-tour cheers. Choose:

Harlem Hops at Market 57 (local NYC beer meets laid-back hangout), or

Bronx Brewery at Hudson Yards (bright, buzzy, and perfect for groups).

Seed + Mill: Halva, Tahini, and Tahini Sundaes (Yes, Really)

Add a sweet-and-nutty detour at Seed + Mill for next-level halva and tahini specialties — plus their legendary tahini sundaes. It’s the kind of dessert people text about later.

Best for: dessert people (aka most people), families, “we’re here to snack” itineraries.

VIP Upgrade: Private Cooking Demo + Cookbook Signing

Want the “how is this even real?” upgrade? Book a private cooking demo and cookbook signing with one of Seed + Mill’s founders. You’ll get insider stories, pro tips, and an experience that feels like a private event — because it is.

Best for: celebrations, foodie flexes, corporate hosting, and anyone who wants a true VIP moment.

How to add upgrades: Mention your preferred add-on when booking (or message us before you reserve) and we’ll confirm availability and pricing.
