This is a private afternoon or evening out in Greenwich Village, one of New York’s most charming and lively neighborhoods. Your team settles in for a leisurely happy hour or a progressive dinner through the Village’s cozy bars and restaurants, then finishes with a secret experience at Murray’s Cheese on Bleecker Street.

Murray’s is a regular stop on our Greenwich Village routes. We’ve welcomed corporate teams of two dozen for wine and mac and cheese, with the timing arranged in advance through Murray’s events team. 2. An Industry City Workshop with Brooklyn Tastings

This is a private outing at Industry City, the waterfront maker and food complex in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, that pairs a hands-on artisan visit with food, chocolate and drinks, all within the same campus.

Our favorite maker stop is William Storms, a textile studio where guests see the yarn machines up close and can make a textile keychain to take home. From there, we build the food around your group: Japanese bites at Japan Village, pastries at Colson Patisserie, a coal-fired slice at Table87 and a sweet finish at Li-Lac Chocolates. For drinks, we’ve paired Industry City routes with a tour and tasting at Barrows Distillery.

Choose one main activity and leave room to enjoy it. Maker visits depend on each studio’s schedule, so we confirm the lineup for your date. 3. A Luxury Holiday Dinner at Chelsea Market

This is a seated, all-inclusive progressive dinner through Chelsea Market and Market 57 at Pier 57, set against the market’s holiday lights, with a different course at each stop. An appetizer here, a seafood stop there, a final glass together. Moving between stops gives colleagues more chances to mingle than one long table.

A typical route starts with house-made charcuterie and wine pairings at Dickson’s Farmstand Meats, moves on to a lobster roll at Lobster Place, then heads to Market 57 for dumplings from Nom Wah and beer from Harlem Hops. To end on a high note, add a High Line walk to Ana in Hudson Yards or a toast with the view from Edge.

We built this route from experience. When we led a Midtown holiday walk last December, the full loop from the Rockefeller Center tree to Bryant Park ran long for a two-hour window. Starting at Grand Central and ending in Bryant Park keeps the pace relaxed and leaves real time for hot chocolate and market browsing. The Union Square market typically runs from mid-November until Christmas Eve, so we plan this route for that window. A recent private Red Hook route included Hometown Bar-B-Que, pizza at Mark’s, contemporary art at Pioneer Works, key lime pie from Steve’s and a waterfront finish at Red Hook Winery. On many of our culinary experiences, yes, with advance notice. Some venues have more flexibility than others, so we’ll let you know what each route can handle.
